Meet Gil
With almost 30 years of international business experience, I help the next generation of leaders gain access to capital and get to the heart of what blocks them from thriving. Together, we transcend obstacles, create strategies to actualize their bold visions and create real value for lasting impact. I hold an undergraduate degree in social sciences from Tel Aviv University and an international MBA from The Netherlands Business School. I am certified in numerous coaching and transformational leadership programs.
My first lessons in leadership emerged from two unlikely places. At the age of 17, I was captain of a youth NCAA-level soccer team and at the age of 20, I lead and trained an elite combat unit. I’ve worked in 40 countries, co-leading a family-owned company to $50M in sales which culminated in an acquisition by a multi-billion-dollar public company. Now, I invest in start-ups with founders who possess a rare quality that has become a guiding principle of my life: Heart-Centered Leadership.

Heart-centered leadership
“Heart-centered” leadership is the balance between the heart and the brain. It’s trust and synergy among founders and teams. With it, mountains can be moved. Without it, a light tremor can level the entire structure to the ground. Dysfunctional relationship dynamics among the C-Level executives cause 95% of start-ups to fail. That’s why relational intimacy is the heart of my coaching and workshops, which I host for highly-curated groups at my properties in Costa Rica and Colorado.
Outside of funding and nurturing visionary entrepreneurs, I create value by organizing spaces or events for epic communities to gather, and lead brotherhood journeys through my passion project, Re/MEN/ber.
